Head of Programmes
Paul leads the delivery and ongoing development of Cumbria Accelerator through Cumbria Combined Authority. He works closely with delivery partners to ensure businesses across Cumbria can access high-quality support that helps them grow, innovate and build long-term resilience, while supporting the programme's strategic objectives and regional priorities.
Business Support Programmes Officer
Lucy is often the first point of contact for businesses joining Cumbria Accelerator. She helps businesses understand the support available, coordinates programme activity and connects SMEs with the right advisors, workshops and specialist expertise that will have the greatest impact on their business. She also helps businesses access support throughout their programme journey.
Business Advisor
Donna works directly with established SMEs across Cumbria, providing one-to-one business support to help leaders identify opportunities, overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth. She works alongside businesses to understand their ambitions, connect them with the right expertise and help them access the support needed to move their plans forward.
Business Support Programme Manager
Leslie provides programme management across business support initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and in compliance with funding regulations. He is currently overseeing the final monitoring and impact measurement of a recently completed programme and assists the Head of Programmes with reporting, programme development and partnership activities.
